Position: Indoor Sales Executive

Entity: Aqua-Terra Oilfield Equipment & Services Pte Ltd

Responsibilities

  • Attend to customers’ enquiries through phone, email and etc.
  • Prepare quotations and follow-up with customers.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, sales orders and delivery orders.
  • Prepare shipping documents and liaise with customers and forwarders on shipments.
  • Coordinate with customers & suppliers to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
  • Assist the Sales Team in monitoring of quotations, orders and delivery schedules.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Prefer candidates with a passion in doing sales
  • Minimum Diploma/NITEC in any discipline
  • At least 2 years of relevant indoor sales / sales support experience in the Oil & Gas industry
  • Entry level candidates with no experience can apply as training will be provided
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Oracle
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
