Position: Indoor Sales Executive
Entity: Aqua-Terra Oilfield Equipment & Services Pte Ltd
- Attend to customers’ enquiries through phone, email and etc.
- Prepare quotations and follow-up with customers.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, sales orders and delivery orders.
- Prepare shipping documents and liaise with customers and forwarders on shipments.
- Coordinate with customers & suppliers to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
- Assist the Sales Team in monitoring of quotations, orders and delivery schedules.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Prefer candidates with a passion in doing sales
- Minimum Diploma/NITEC in any discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant indoor sales / sales support experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Entry level candidates with no experience can apply as training will be provided
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Oracle
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
